3. Returns and Cancellations
Perishable or Bespoke Goods: Due to the nature of our products being made to order, Project Freeze Dried cannot accept returns for perishable or bespoke goods. If an item is returned to sender or refused, we cannot accept the items back due to their perishable nature.
Damaged Items: If you receive an order with damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and items. We cannot investigate issues reported after this time frame.
Refunds: We do not issue refunds for items damaged in transit or due to personal preference. Refunds, when applicable, may take up to 14 working days to process.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if the fulfillment process has not begun. Once the fulfillment process starts, cancellation may not be possible. Cancellation of gift card orders is not permitted under any circumstances.
5. Weather Policy
During hot weather, especially in summer, some products may melt during transport. All orders containing such products are shipped at the customer’s risk.
6. Stock Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order or an item is out of stock, we may replace it with a similar item or one you have previously ordered.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your account portal. Guest checkouts require contacting customer service for subscription management.
